roy is great, he doesnt look like it but hes in good shape cardio wise, he even grappled against frank mir. he is lagit, he has great ko power and world class jui jitsu. he belongs under light heavy weight, height wise, even frank mir who is his friend said that. proof is in the putting.
@beeryce88 Roy Nelson is world class in BJJ and yes I know he is a welterweight. But GSP does the same thing Roy Nelson does… takes them down and GnP’s them out for the victory. Roy Nelson is also awesome in wrestling and good in striking.

most Latin Americans aren’t mixed with Native American and African. Every Latin American country has different demographics. Mexico has a next to zero black population and is mostly spanish/white and indian mix, Cuba on the other hand is only White and Black with next no real indian population(besides immigrants), Argentina is almost all white of both spanish and italian decent.
