He begans to get dominated in the HW division I say join the biggest loser just to lose enought weight to make the 205 weight limit in the light heavyweight division. I think he should have some success he wont win the belt in the HW division but he will have somewhat success. I think he has more of chance of winning a title if he drops to LHW.

Look up his fight vids against Andrei Arlovski and Jeff Monson that were both held in Florida. Watch for the standup in the Arlovski fight and keep score on the Monson fight

Roy’s growing on me. Comes across as a likeable guy in interviews (not on TUF) and he can fight.

I think he does work hard just like the rest of the fighters, that comment he made was probably tongue in cheek directed at his naysayers. For someone who’s supposed to be ‘out of shape’ he does have ridiculously good skills and cardio.

Excited for his next fight.
