Kimbo DID train in BJJ with Bas! He has said so himself! Thats good that you have been training in BJJ, Who do you train under and what belt do you have?
Actually i know what that means. Plus i can’t name any pro fighters who don’t because they’re basically a retard if they don’t. Certain people like kimbo. Plus i know because i’m taking bjj for 2 years now.

And how would stick and move work for kimbo? He has no takedown defense at all! and that only works if you have great TDD like Machida or a great guard (you dont know what that means) like anderson!

Alright i can tell your an amateur at this stuff and marcus traned at a ju jitsu studio and a mma studio. kimbo trained wit bas rutten for a couple years. Also stick and move can be used in mma dumbass. Kimbo should have suck and moved around with roy. Also this isnt wrestling. Not everyone has to go on the ground. Look at quentin, he has a terribl ground game but a good defense. He was a golden glove boxer.

And You say all kimbo had to do is “stick and move”? this isnt boxing! The only way the stick and move strategy works is if you have amazing takedown defense (like machida) or an amazing ground game from the bottom (like anderson silva), Kimbo has nether!
And ju jitsu is one of the many aspects of MMA.
Did you also know that marcus was taking ju jitsu, not mma? marcus has a good ground game andcaught him in an armbar. Plus he was an NFl player and he should know quite of few things of taking an opponent down. Kimbo’s timeis running out but its not too late. Plus Kimbo would have won that match. All he had to do was stick and move, stick and move and just keep doing so to beat roy.
He has been training MMA for almost 3 years now and still has no ground game to show for it! Marcus jones has only been training for 2 years and did you se how smooth his transitions (and that slick arm bar) were? It does take time to get good but he has shown very little (if any) e in his game at all.
He is 35 years old! his time to improve is running out.

You can’t just go from street fighter to pro just like that. theguys you named have been in the ufc for almost 3 years now or 5. It takes time to be good mm fighter.
Guys like Forrest, Rashad, Bader, The Dean Of Mean, Krzysztof Soszynski, and Vinny Magalhães all were LHW TUF fighters! Kimbo would get killed by all of them!
the only reason why dana was talkin shit bout roy nelson after the kimbo fight is so he can say later “oh kimbo didnt do that bad and impressed me alot i think he deserves another shot. ” and then keep kmbo in the ufc for more money and ratings even though kimbo really doesnt deserve to be there. trust me, this is how this guys mind works he says this so he can justify to the fans bringing kimbo into the ufc later on when he really had it planned the whole time to sign kimbo to the ufc after tuf.
Both looked very unimpressive . Kimbo had sloppy striking, no takedown defense and a horrible ground game, Roy had no stand up skills and although he did a good job at getting full guard and passing kimbos guard he just tapped kimbo in the forehead with weak punches.

The ref just stood their for 20 plus seconds and the bell rung. . . lol that was funny. Even more so is when Roy asked Dana for a Cheese burger post fight, I thought Dana should have threw a GSP and said “I wasn’t impressed with your performance”.
Same thing happened in the fight with gannon. kimbo was out of breath but no damage was dont to him, same with this fight he sat on his ass got a good amount of hits in, and the ref ended it, but you can clearly see the damage that was done by kimbo. That was a weak ass fight, but like kimbo said he is still learning.
